Clickwrap
Use this widget to let customers accept privacy policies or terms and conditions. It's a quick way to indicate consent, replacing a customer's signature.
Using the widget is simple: the user reads the conditions and selects the 'I agree' checkbox. Assign roles to ensure the intended recipient fills out specific fields.
Tip: The Clickwrap widget is always required and cannot be changed. Ensure the widget is filled out before completing the form.
Note: The Clickwrap widget can't be added to a Repeatable container or used with conditions.
You can adjust the text and background color for the selected text.
Add, edit, or remove links in the widget's linked text.
Rating
The rating widget allows customers to provide feedback or evaluations using a visual scale in forms. This widget is useful for collecting data on customer satisfaction, service quality, and other metrics. You can use this widget to set up conditions and bots or assign it to roles.
The default rating is set to 5 but can be extended to up to 10.
Choose how the Rating widget will appear in the form by selecting stars, hearts, or numbers.
Note: To use the Rating widget’s values in bots, select the Number rating view.
Attachment Request
The widget lets users upload files directly into a form. It's useful for collecting documents, images, or other files from users as part of a workflow.
Tip:Use the Attachment Request widget to automatically add Salesforce files to web forms with the Pre-fill from Salesforce Records or Pre-fill from Salesforce Records with SOQL bots.
You can limit the number of files uploaded. The default limit is 5, but you can request up to 20 attachments.
The default maximum size for attachments is 50 MB. You can change this limit if needed.
You can use up to 29 different file formats by default. Adjust the list as needed.
You can upload files for your recipients in advance or let them upload the files themselves. Drag and drop files or use the Upload button.
You can download or delete each attachment separately.
To download all attachments at once, select Download all files. They will be saved as a .zip file.
When you disable the Attachment Request widget after uploading files, recipients can only download the attachments.
Address
The address widget efficiently gathers structured address data, such as shipping addresses, service locations, and billing addresses. The Address widget and its fields can be used in form conditions and bots.
Tip: You can customize the Address widget by adding elements such as text fields, dropdowns, and checkboxes, except for the Group, Matrix, and Table elements.
The Address widget can be collapsible, allowing users to toggle the section for a cleaner form layout.
