Set up access permissions to your workflow to give your contacts more options for smoother collaboration.

To get started, navigate to the Workflows tab and click on the title of the workflow you wish to manage access for.

Select Manage access.

You may also access the corresponding option in the diagram itself. Click the gear icon and in the General section click Manage access.

In the window that appears, you'll have the option to select existing contacts/groups or add new ones. You can then grant the following permissions:

  • Execute: Allows the contact/group to run the corresponding workflow.

  • Edit: Grants the contact/group permission to edit the specified workflow.

  • Audit: Enables the contact/group to view the results of all packages created within the designed workflow.

You can select the ones from the list of already added contacts/groups or add new ones. Click Invite and set the permissions to finalize the access settings.

Besides, you can enable the special permissions for the contacts to be able to manage and get access to the workflow.
