Handle “Step \“{name}\” is not fully configured” error

Error reason: Certain parameters or values in the step settings aren't specified. This often occurs in the following cases:

  • The contact in the Recipient section lacks an email.

  • The document field for defining a recipient is not specified.

  • Document fields, operators, or values are missing in the Conditions section.

Solution: Navigate to the step settings and review the Recipients and Conditions sections. Complete the highlighted fields.
