This warning may appear in the following cases:
Reason 1: You added new fillable fields to the document after the initial field assignment.
Reason 2: You added a new document with fillable fields to the workflow after the initial field assignment.
Solution: Open the step settings where the unavailable fields should be assigned. Then, select Assign fields next to the document with the unassigned fields.
