Conditions can be used for certain fields/elements to be shown, hidden, enabled, or disabled in your flows based on signer answers. You can set up simple or advanced conditions depending on your needs, referring to the instructions below.
1. Create a new workflow or open the existing one.
2. Go to the Conditions tab and click Add new condition:
The following actions can be done with the needed field in your workflow if the set conditions are met:
Show - the field will be shown. Depending on the settings, the one can be fillable or not;
Hide - the field will be hidden (not visible to anyone);
Enable - the field will be shown with the possibility to fill it in;
Disable - the field will be shown without the option of filling it;
Make required - the fields will be marked as required for the filling out;
Make optional - the fields will be marked as optional for the filling out.
Once the action is defined, adjust the condition for the desired action:
The State defines the condition under which it works. Once one of the States ( Equals to, Does not equal, Contains, Does not contain) is set, you will get the choice of Value and Field in the Input section:
Value - set the custom parameter;
Field - choose the respective field to use in the condition.
You can use more than one condition to perform the needed action using Add new condition.
