All subscriptions (Growth, Automate, and Legacy plans) are billed annually. To ensure your workflows continue running without interruption, we follow this automated schedule for renewals:

First charge attempt.

Full access.

Day 368

Second charge attempt.

Full access.

Day 371

Third charge attempt.

Full access.

Day 374

Grace period ends.

Limited (Read-only).

Day 390+

Workspace lock. Access to the platform is restricted.

No Access.

Day 426

Permanent Deletion. The workspace and all data are removed.
