Build seamless business processes by automating data transfers between MS Dynamics 365 records and altaFlow documents.
To start using altaFlow for MS Dynamics 365, follow the guidelines below and install it on your computer either from AppSource or from a ZIP file.
From AppSource
1. To install altaFlow from AppSource, go to https://appsource.microsoft.com/ and type altaFlow in the search bar.
2. In the search results, click Get in now on the altaFlow application.
Next, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Microsoft account. If you’re already logged in, agree to Microsoft's terms and privacy policy by clicking Get it now.
3. You’ll be redirected to the Power Platform page. Select your environment, check the boxes to agree to Microsoft’s terms and conditions, then click Install.
You’ll find the app in the list of your installed apps.
From a ZIP archive
If you have received the altaFlow application in a ZIP archive from the supplier, follow the steps below to install it.
1. Log in to your MS Dynamics 365 account under the Admin role. Next, click the gear button and select Advanced Settings from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Settings tab and select Solutions from the dropdown menu.
On the Solutions page, click Import. Then, select a ZIP file from your computer, and follow the remaining instructions.
