Changing your workspace domain name can be necessary for various reasons, whether it's to align with your organization's branding, improve accessibility, or accommodate structural changes within your workspace.
Note: The workspace domain name is visible to the document recipients as URL once they open it for filling- out.
The company name is prominently displayed on the homepage and in all emails sent from your workspace. This ensures that your branding is consistently presented to your users and clients, reinforcing your organization's identity.
The changes can be done by the members with the Super Admin or Admin access level. Remember, the domain change can only be performed once every seven days, so it's essential to double-check all details before finalizing the change.
1.Click the Workspace name and go to the Manage Workspace tab .
2.In the Information tab, go to the Workspace domain name section and click Change.
3.Enter the new domain for your workspace and confirm the change with your current password.
Once changed, you will receive the email with the details confirming the change.
If anyone has bookmarked your workspace URL or any related links, the redirect will be automatic, so no further action will be required.
