This section is available to Super Admin and Admin roles.
To manage a Workspace, click the Workspace name and go to Settings.
The Information tab is all about your corporate profile. Complete this information to help your contacts learn more about your company:
Add your company name
Change your workspace domain name if necessary by clicking Change
Make your workspace recognizable and brand your emails with your corporate logo. Click Add logo to upload a workspace logo that will be displayed as your workspace avatar.
The Subscription tab displays the current plan details and allows you to manage your subscription.
In this section, you can:
View your active subscription plan
See the expiration date of your subscription
Cancel or upgrade your subscription if needed
Monitor credit usage—shown as both total available and used credits
The Usage History tab gives you a clear view of your workflow activity over time.
What you’ll find:
A date range selector to specify the reporting period
A table listing all workflows with:
Workflow names
Number of sends
Bot actions performed
Credits used
The option to export this data as a CSV for further analysis or reporting.
The Billing tab is where you manage financial and payment-related details for your workspace.
It includes:
A field to add or update your credit card information.
A billing history log that shows:
Invoice dates
Invoice types
Amounts paid
Option to download invoices for accounting or records
The Email Branding tab lets you personalize your outbound emails.
Upload a logo: Add or change your workspace logo to appear in all outgoing emails.
Customize button style:
Button fill color:you can update this to match your brand colors
Button text color: ideal for visibility against the button background.
These customizations are applied instantly and reflected in the email preview panel.
