The subscription life cycle consists of different stages and durations depending on the type of subscription. Each stage of the life cycle corresponds to specific subscription statuses, features, and access levels. Understanding the subscription life cycle is important for managing your subscription and ensuring uninterrupted access to the platform's features. Let's explore the different stages and durations of each subscription type.

Free subscription

  • The plan provides full access to the features limited by 10credits/month (except triggers and bulk send).

  • Once the credit limit is exceeded, actions such as workflow execution, bots usage, and start link are restricted. You can still create workflows, run test executions, export data, archive, and download documents. At the beginning of a new billing cycle, the credit limit is reset, and 10 new credits are allocated. In both instances (when the limit is exceeded and when the new credits are added), you will receive email and pop-up notifications.

  • If there are no logins or actions within 120 days, the workspace will be deleted without the possibility of retrieving any data.
