Monitoring your credit usage ensures you're aware of how many credits are consumed and how they align with your subscription limits. Here's how you can check and manage your credit usage effectively.
Usage statistics in the breakdown
To check your usage statistics in the breakdown:
1. Click the workspace name and select Manage Workspace.
2.Go to the Usage History tab.
Here, you can check:
A breakdown by workflow, showing sends (workflow executions), bot actions, and the total credits used for each workflow.
The total usage at the bottom, summarizing the total number of sends, bot actions, and credits consumed.
Time period analysis: Filter usage statistics by date to understand trends over time.
Monitoring credits toward subscription limits
To view your credit usage related to your subscription limits:
1.Click the workspace name and select Manage Workspace.
2.Go to the Subscription tab.
This section displays your current plan, credits used, and the percentage of credits utilized, along with recommendations for managing usage or upgrading if necessary.
