The History feature provides a comprehensive view of workflow activity, helping to monitor changes, track actions, and ensure transparency within their workspace.

To access the History page, go to the History tab on the dashboard.

The History page displays a chronological list of actions performed within the workspace, including details on:

  1. Date and time: The timestamp for when the event occurred.

  2. Event type: Indicates the type of action, such as Workflow modified, Document opened, Signing declined, and more. The statuses are provided with the color-coded icons for a quick overview of the event:

    • Green Checkmark: indicates a successful action, such as a workflow modification or a bot execution.

    • Red X: signifies an error or failure, such as a signing decline or a bot failure. These are critical to monitor, as they may require attention to ensure smooth workflow operations. In the case of a bot failure, click the Details button to view a description of the issue that caused the failure. By reviewing the error messages, you can identify the root cause, adjust bot settings, or update configurations as needed to prevent similar issues in the future.

3.Description: A summary of what action was taken, often including the user who initiated it and any specific details (e.g., "The Pre-fill from Monday Table bot has been added to Workflow 4").

Filtering History

To narrow down specific events, use the filtering options:

  • Time: sort events based on their occurrence date.

  • Event Type: filter by types of actions, such as workflow modifications, bots execution, or document interactions.

  • Workflow: focus on activities related to a specific workflow.

  • Package and Contact: Additional filters to track package-level actions or actions associated with specific contacts.

Note:A multiselection of filter options within one filter is not available yet.
