Welcome to Esignature feature, where signing documents is simplified to just one click. With our intuitive interface, you can quickly add your signature and initials to any document with ease.
Let's explore how you can personalize your signature and streamline your document signing process effortlessly.
Your full name and initials are conveniently pre-filled based on the information you provided when setting up your account.
Change your full name if you want it displayed differently in signature format.
If needed, change the style of your signature by clicking Change style. Then select one of the available options.
You can also add a signature using other methods.
Drawing. Use your touchpad or mouse to create a signature. Change its color and the width of the line. Use the Clear button to undo changes until you achieve the desired result. If you want to use this signature when signing documents, tick the Set as default box. Click Save once you’ve finished or Back if you want to use a different method for creating a signature.
Uploading. You can upload a JPG, GIF, or PNG file containing your signature. airSlate automatically cleans up the image of your signature, adding more contrast to it, if needed. You can then save this version as is, clean it a bit more, or discard the changes made by airSlate and edit the image manually.
Capturing. It’s also possible to use a web camera to capture a signature written on a piece of paper. To do that, you will need to allow airSlate WorkFlow to use your camera.
If you want to use a different signature from your signature list, click on the signature field in the document one more time. In the window that appears, choose another signature from the list or add a new one using one of the available methods.
If needed, set your new signature as default to continue using it for a streamlined document signing experience. To do so, click the three dots menu and select Set as default.
To remove the already added signature from the field, click the broom icon.
It's worth noting that the setup for initials mirrors that of your signature, ensuring consistency across all your documents.
