Extract data from documents and fields within a specific workflow using the Export fields data option. This feature is useful for comprehensive data analysis, generating reports, comparing data across different stages, archiving data, and capturing metadata.
To export data:
1.Access the Packages page.
2. Go to the three dots menu and select the Export fields data option.
To export multiple packages, select the checkboxes next to the desired packages and click Export Fields Data.
Note: The maximum amount of selected packages is 500
3. Click Export to initiate the process.
4.Receive your CSV report via email once the export is complete. Please note that the received link is valid for 30 days.
