A package is a group of documents processed together. A new package is created every time a workflow is executed.
To see the status of sent documents, head to the Packages tab. You can also find packages by visiting each separate workflow page.
The Packages page allows you to monitor the progress of the sent documents, fill out assigned packages, download completed documents to your computer, and perform additional actions.
Let’s get acquainted with the package management options.
In the Packages tab, you can check the following details:
The package status and current step it is currently on
The total amount of the steps
The time the document was sent to the step/ completed/ rejected.
By clicking on the package, you will be redirected to the Status page. Check this article to learn how to work with the Status page.
Actions to the packages
By clicking on the three dots menu near the desired package, you can perform the following actions, depending on its status.
Details: check the status of package, change their recipients and send reminders. Find more information about this option in this article.
Reassign: change the recipient of the packages.The access to the document will be removed from the initial recipient.
Export fields data: Extract data from documents and fields within a specific workflow. Check this article for more details on fields export.
Rename: change the name of the package for easy management.
Add tags: create a new tag or add the existing one to the package.
History: check chronological record of the packages.
Move to trash: remove a package anytime . When you’ve confirmed that you want to remove this package, it will be permanently deleted.
You can also perform the following actions (depending on the stages of the package completion):
- Send a reminder to the recipient (available for packages that are in progress or pending completion)
- Download the completed packages as a ZIP (available for packages that have been completed and are ready for download)
- Fill out assigned packages (for packages that require the package completion from your side)
- Check the details on the Status page (available if the package completion has been rejected).
Bulk actions
Save your time by performing the bulk actions to the packages.
Select the documents you intend to set actions for by ticking them. Next, the following bulk actions will become available:
Export fields data — export fields from multiple packages;
Move to trash — remove selected documents to the trash bin;
Download — save the selected packages to the computer (send via email):
Documents can only be sent to the email address associated with your workspace
Documents are downloaded in a ZIP archive
The link to the ZIP archive is valid for 30 days from the moment of its generation.
