Monitor the status of all the documents you send from NetSuite using the custom button in airSlate WorkFlow-Dashboard. This includes documents sent through NetSuite workflows as well as those sent using Mass Updates. By accessing the airSlate WorkFlow – Dashboard, you can conveniently track the progress and current statuses of these documents, ensuring you have full visibility and control over your document processes within airSlate.
Go to Setup > Integration > airSlate WorkFlow - Dashboard.
Once logged in, you can view a list of all documents you’ve created in NetSuite for the past 7 days (by default).
The airSlate WorkFlow Dashboard tab will show the latest revision of each document, with a full breakdown of information.
The document list can be filtered using various criteria such as date, NetSuite Record Type, airSlate workflow name, status, or Tags.
To view document revisions for a specific time period, click the Last modified date field.
In the calendar, select the desired time period, then click Apply. It’s also possible to select the current day as well as the previous week or previous month, beginning with the current date.
All document revisions created for a selected time period will instantly appear in the Dashboard.
To filter documents by their status, go to the All statuses list and select the criteria you want to filter by. Then, click Apply.
Note:Document statuses will be automatically added to a list once certain actions are performed with documents
To filter documents by their tags, go to the All tags list and select the one you need. Then, click Apply. Use the search line to locate the tag you need.
Tags are hidden by default. To enable the tags displaying next to documents, activate the Show tags toggle.
Selecting the Only my documents checkbox will display documents created by you as well as documents assigned to you by other users.
Sort documents by name, date of last update, or date of last creation.
Within each revision, you can perform various actions. By clicking:
View - review the documents that were sent during that particular revision. All Revisions are listed according to the date they were created
Revise - complete the documents the workflow contains.
Check status of the document.
On the Status page, you can check the status of documents, change their recipients, send reminders, download revisions, and review them.
Status explains what’s happening with a document in a specific step:
Unassigned (the recipient email address has not been indicated )
In use (the document has been saved as draft by another recipient)
Sent to (worfkflow has been sent to the email address of the recipient)
Waiting for me (all documents that have been assigned to you)
Decline (a recipient has declined to fill out the document)
Failed (a workflow was configured incorrectly that has lead to the revision failure)
Completed (documents have been completed by all steps in a workflow)
Locked (includes locked completed documents and those that were manually locked by the workflow administrator. Documents become automatically locked after the full workflow completion, but the workflow administrator can unlock them).
Status page actions:
Change recipient button is used to update the Email address/phone number after the request for a document completion has been sent. After that, you will be able to enter new details for the invitation.
Send reminder and customize the email.
Revoke access button is used to remove access to documents after they are completed.
Download the completed documents.
Check Audit trail
The new page will open displaying document activity and other details. It is also possible to download a PDF or CSV file with a complete listing of document activity. To do so, click the download icon. Then, select a file type for exporting the data.
You can also filter the document's activity details by date using a calendar.
Delete document
To delete a document from the Dashboard, click the three dots and select Delete document.
To delete multiple documents at once, select the documents you need. Then, click Delete documents.

If you are a workflow administrator, you’ll be able to delete any documents in your workflow.
If you are a Supervisor/Workspace owner, you’ll be able to delete any documents in any workflows*}
Show all revisions
Сheck the details of each revision by clicking View next to each document. All revisions are listed according to the date they were created.
