Use the Dashboard to track the status of airSlate documents created from SharePoint. To access the Dashboard, go to any SharePoint list and click Dashboard on the top panel. If you can’t find it, click the three dots menu and find it in the dropdown.

Dashboard will open in the pop-up.

By default, the Dashboard tab will display a list of documents you’ve created in SharePoint within the past seven days, with a full breakdown of information.

To create a new document revision, click Revise.

Note:

  • If you are a workflow administrator, you’ll be able to create new revisions of your workflows.

  • If you are a Supervisor/Workspace owner, you’ll be able to create new revisions of any workflow.

To delete a draft revision and create a new one, click on the three dots next to it. Then, select Discard draft.

To delete a document from the Dashboard, click on the three dots and select Delete document.

To delete multiple documents at once, select the documents you need. Then, click Delete documents.

Note:

  • If you are a workflow administrator, you’ll be able to delete any documents in your workflow.

  • If you are a Supervisor/Workspace owner, you’ll be able to delete any documents in any workflows.

To track the document activity, click on the three dots and select Audit trail.

The new page will open, displaying document activity and other details. It is also possible to download a PDF or CSV file with a complete listing of document activity. To do so, click the download icon. Then, select a file type for exporting the data.

Other actions in the document’s menu allow you to (2) check the document diagram and view each workflow step if the workflow hasn’t been completed yet and (3) view all document revisions.

Use filters to quickly search for documents you need. On the top right panel, you’ll find the following options:

- Search bar

- Sorting documents by creation/update date and alphabetical order

-Showing document tags

On the left sidebar, you’ll find the following filters:

  • Filter showing documents only created by you.

  • Calendar to find documents by date. Click on the date field and select a date or period in the pop-up calendar. Then, click Apply.

  • Filtering documents by the type of entity and workflows to which they are related.

  • Filtering by status.

Documents may have the following statuses:

-Unassigned - the recipient email address has not been specified.

-In use - the document has been saved as a draft by a recipient.

-Sent to - workflow has been sent to the recipient email.

-Waiting for me - all documents that have been assigned to you.

-Decline - a recipient has declined to fill out the document.

-Failed - a workflow was configured incorrectly, which has led to the revision failure.

-Completed - documents have been completed by all steps in a workflow.

-Locked - includes locked completed documents and those that were manually locked by the workflow administrator. Documents become automatically locked after the full workflow completion, but the workflow administrator can unlock them.

Note: Document statuses will be automatically added to a list once certain actions are performed with documents.

  • Filter documents by their tags. Go to the All tags list and select the one you need. Then, click Apply. Use the search line to locate the tag you need.
