Check package status

Once the workflow is executed, you will see the corresponding message. To proceed with the package status check, click Check package status in the message.

Additionally, you can access the Status page by clicking on the selected package on Packages page or by going to the three dots menu and selecting the Details option.

On the Status page, you will find a diagram of the process, documents added to it, recipient details, and the progress for each step.

The step includes information about:

  • Invitation sending

  • The document opening

  • Fields filling out

  • Step completion/ Bot execution status

Click on the step to see the timestamps of the process.

If the document has not been opened yet, you can change the recipient of the documents by clicking the three dots menu and selecting the Reaasign option.

Enter the email address/phone number/ name from contacts, adjust the message if needed and click Reassign.

To check for updates in your process, use the Refresh button.

Statuses

Status explains what’s happening with a document in a specific step.

Waiting for: the documents have been sent to the recipient. No actions have been taken.

Completed: a recipient has completed the documents or fields assigned to the particular step.

Rejected: the recipient has declined to fill out a document.

On hold: the workflow Admin has put the process On Hold until manually resumed.

Failed: the step failed to be executed. Check the logs.

Canceled: the workflow Admin canceled the workflow process.

The statuses can be checked both on the Packages and Status pages.
