Reminders for package completion serve as essential prompts in ensuring tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. By integrating reminders into your workflow, you enhance organizational efficiency and minimize the risk of missed deadlines. With customizable options to specify intervals and cessation points, these reminders become indispensable tools for maintaining productivity and meeting objectives.

You can set up reminders for package completion either during the workflow creation process or after the workflow execution.

Reminder in the workflow diagram

To automate reminders for a specific step, adjust the settings in the workflow diagram.

Select the desired step, go to the Advanced setting and toggle the Reminder button .

Specify the interval between each new reminder and decide when it’s best to stop sending emails:

  • Never (if you don’t want to stop sending reminders)

  • After a number of days (the system will stop sending reminders once the limit you indicated has been reached).

Reminder for executed workflow

Navigate to the Packages tab, select the package the reminder should be sent for (the package status should be Waiting for: Step name) and click Send reminder.

Once done, a confirmation message will appear.

Additionally, reminders can be sent from the Status page. Access it by clicking the package or selecting Details from the three dots menu.

Click on the Send reminder button in the uncompleted step. Once done, a confirmation message will appear.
