Note: Bulk execution is only compatible with workflows where Specify at execution is selected as the signer type in the first step of the workflow.
Easily send workflow tasks to multiple recipients using Google Spreadsheet, XLSX, XLS, or CSV files.
Go to the needed workflow, click the three dots menu and select Bulk execute option.
Choose how to import contacts:
By link: connect to your Google account and insert a direct link to the spreadsheet.
From Drive: connect to your Google drive and select the spreadsheet from the list of available ones.
From device: upload XLSL, XLS or CSV file the data will be extracted from.
Map the columns from the spreadsheet to the corresponding recipient fields in Steps. Click Execute.
Once executed, the workflow will be sent to all recipients listed in Step 1.
If any data is entered incorrectly, you will receive an warning message.
