The Go to in the workflow diagram allows users to create cycles within the process, facilitating the repetition of specific steps based on predefined conditions. This functionality is particularly useful in scenarios where iterative actions or loops are necessary to complete a task or achieve a desired outcome.
To add the Go to step, click on + button and select the corresponding option on the desired place of your workflow.
Once added, specify the target step to which the workflow should be jumped to.
Tip:
The Go to step typically serves as the final element of the branch. No further steps or bots can be set up after it
Unlike other elements in the diagram, the Go to step cannot be moved once added
To get the most out of the Go to functionality, it's recommended to use it in conjunction with the Decision element. This combination allows you to specify conditions for when a document must enter a cycle and define when this cycle is not needed. Learn more about Decision step settings in this article.
To remove the Go to step from the diagram, hover over the step, click the three dots menu, and select Delete.
