Handle “The \“Go To\”" errors

There are several cases in which you may face errors:


Error reason 1: Go-To functionality added without specifying the redirection step.

Solution: Open the Go-To element settings and select the desired redirection step. This setting is crucial for the system to determine where to route the process next. Failure to set this option will result in the process getting stuck.

Error reason 2: The redirection step was removed from the workflow.

Solution: Reconnect the Go-To element to another existing step in the workflow. If the step is missing, add it, and then select this step in the Go-To action settings.
