Checkbox

Adds a checkbox field allowing recipients to put true or false values.

Currency

Allows to add a field for entering amounts of money. Requires you to preset the currency by choosing it from the list of the most popular ones.*

Date

A field for entering dates with a calendar allowing recipients to select a date.

Description

A field for adding a description that needs to be formatted (changing font type, size, and style, adding hyperlinks).

Divider

Used to separate sections within a form. 

Dropdown

Adds a field with a dropdown list of predefind values for recipients to select from.

Email

A field for entering email addresses.*

Formula

Allows users to create arithmetic formulas based on the values entered in Number fields.

Group

Allows to add several elements or widgets to the same container.

Heading

Adds a heading and description to the form.

Image

A field for uploading images to the document.

Initials

A field for initials. Works in a similar way as a signature, but recipients add initials instead.

Matrix

Adds a composite field structure for collecting and organizing data in a grid format.

Multiline text

A field for entering large pieces of information.

Number

A field for entering numerical values.

Page break

Allows you to divide a form into several pages.

Phone

A field for entering telephone numbers.*

Radio button

Adds a group of mutually exclusive values where only one can be selected at a time.

Repeatable container

Allows to add a set of selected fields that recipients can copy an fill out during signing session.

Signature

A field for signatures. Signatures can be added by typing, drawing, or uploading them as images.

Single line text/Text

For entering short pieces of information.

Table

Allows to add a table, where columns contain different fields.

Template

Fields with preset parameters for collecting frequently used data.

*- in PDF editor is available as a Template field with the preset validation.
