Customize your form to make a strong first impression. Add an eye-catching logo, header, or background to brand your form and make them more recognizable.

Once you’ve added a form to your workflow, you can start customizing its design.
Use the Undo or Redo button to cancel or revert your changes.
View how your form will appear to customers by clicking the Preview button.
In the Preview mode, you can check your form’s appearance on the Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile versions.
To return to form editing, click on the Hide Preview button.
To add a logo, header, or background to your form, go to the Design tab.
Form width
Set the width of the form displayed to users: Default, Wide, or Custom.
Default: A balanced layout suitable for most use cases.
Wide: Makes the form wider than the default width. This layout is helpful if your form contains many fields or substantial content that benefits from an expansive display.
Custom: Allows you to specify a width that meets your requirements.
Heading font
Select a font style or adjust the color of the titles in your form. The selected title color will apply to all titles in the form.
Logo
Customize the logo settings to personalize the appearance of your forms.

Select Choose image to upload your logo.
Adjust the logo image scale (automatically defined after upload and adjustable as needed).
Set the logo image alignment (left is the default).
Header
Design your header by selecting a color or image for it:

In the Image tab, set an image for your header by selecting the Choose image option. Once uploaded, adjust the size and alignment of your header’s image.
Background
Select the background color for your form in the Set background color tab.
You can choose a color that complements your branding or design aesthetics. Experiment with different shades to find the perfect background color that enhances the overall look of your form.
Predefined design
Saving custom design templates lets you avoid setting up the form design from scratch, making form creation faster. Consistent design across forms strengthens your brand's identity.
After adjusting the web form's logo, font, header, or background, click Save as default to save your design. The saved design will apply to every new web form you create.
Select Reset to factory default to remove the predefined design. New forms will then be created without any design.
