Create an introductory message for your signers where you can add some hints, guidelines, and contact information. The one appears once the document is opened.
To proceed with the settings:
Access your workflow, either by accessing an existing one or creating a new one.
Click on the gear icon to access the settings.
Navigate to the Signing experience section.
Toggle the Customize email message to signer option to enable it.
Enter the message (the maximum text length is 400 characters) and contact details (name, email address, and phone number).
Once the recipient opens the document, the message appears in the right corner.
