When adjusting the UiPath processes for creating documents in altaFlow, you will need to provide altaFlow credentials. To make this step easier, you can save your previous altaFlow login, password, and workspace name inside UiPath. Follow the steps below to do so:

1. Log in to the web version of UiPath. Then, select the Tenant you need. Once done, you’ll be redirected to the Orchestrator tab. Skip to the folder you’d like to store your credentials in (altaFlow in the example).

2. Proceed to the Assets tab and click Add asset. Then, select Create a new asset.

3. Enter the asset name (this name will then be used when setting a Get Credential activity). For the asset type, select Credential from the dropdown menu. In the Asset value section, provide your altaFlow login and password.

Once finished, click Create.

That’s it! Your altaFlow credentials will be instantly saved in UiPath and will be ready for use when creating processes with altaFlow activity.
