Assign altaFlow User roles to your MS Dynamics 365 users, so they can access the altaFlow application within MS Dynamics 365. With this role’s permissions, they will be able to see custom buttons, menus, and other application features. The altaFlow User role is a component of the MS Dynamics 365 application solution. To assign this role to a user, follow the steps below.
1. In your MS Dynamics 365 account, click the gear icon and select Advanced Settings from the dropdown menu.
On the following screen, go to the Settings tab and select Security.
2. On the Security page, go to Users.
From the user list, select the user you want to give the permissions to. Use the search filters that apply to your case to find the user you need. Next, click Manage Roles.
3. In the pop-up, tick altaFlow User and click OK.
The user you’ve selected will now have permission to use the altaFlow application features within MS Dynamics 365.
