Share your workflow with teammates so they can use it to create documents in CRM (for example, Salesforce, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics 364, SharePoint, NetSuite, or HubSpot) via custom buttons.
To create documents, users need permission to access a workflow. When you create a workflow, it is only visible to you, and only you can configure it.
Once you have configured your workflow, connected it to (for example, Salesforce, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics 364, SharePoint, NetSuite, or HubSpot) via a custom button, and tested it, it’s time to share this workflow with your teammates.
The easiest way to do so is by changing the workflow mode from private to team. To do so, click on the access type and select Team from the list.
You can also set other advanced permissions for a workflow. It is possible to assign permissions for filling documents in a workflow to individual users or user groups:
To share your workflow with a user, click the Manage access icon on the required workflow.
In the Manage access modal window, enter the email of the users you want to share your workflow with. The fill and share permissions are selected by default.
Once done, share your workflow by clicking Share access.
To share your workflow with a group of users, select the group of users you want to share your workflow with. Learn more about group creation in this article.
