Plans comparison

Compare altaFlow Standard, Advanced, and Enterprise plans — features, bots, automations, SSO, API, and CRM access side by side.

This article covers plans billed by documents. If your Subscription page shows Credits, check articles in this category.

You can purchase any document volume with any plan. The difference between plans is the set of features included with each one.

Which plan is right for you

Standard — capture, route, sign, and store documents. Includes web forms, audit trails, everyday bots, and built-in automation. Designed for teams that need a reliable way to get documents signed and stored.

Advanced — generate documents from your data. Includes everything in Standard, plus document generation, bulk send, autostarts, payment forms, and bots for databases and service desks. Designed for teams that create documents using data from other systems.

Enterprise — run document workflows within your systems of record. Includes everything in Advanced, plus SSO, API access, CRM and ERP bots, CRM access, white-labeling, and HIPAA support.

Advanced and Enterprise bots

Everyday bots — Google Drive, Slack, Dropbox, Box, and internal ones — are available with every plan. Bots that connect to databases, service desks, CRM, and ERP systems are included in Advanced or Enterprise.

Bots are never billed and never count toward your documents, however many times they run. Your plan determines which bots are available to add.

Enterprise bots come with CRM access. If you purchase CRM access as an add-on, you get them on any plan.

Bots and CRM access are different things: a Salesforce bot moves data between altaFlow and Salesforce as a step inside a workflow. CRM access lets you start workflows from inside Salesforce. Buying CRM access gives you both; a plan that includes the bot doesn't automatically let you start workflows from the CRM.
