Customize your signing experience with themes

Personalize email templates and the Thank you page with your brand's logo, colors, and messaging — all from one place.

A theme lets you apply your brand's visual identity to the two touchpoints recipients see during a signing session: the notification email they receive when a document is sent to them, and the Thank you page they land on after completing it.

Give recipients a more trusted experience

Branding helps recipients recognize your company at each step of the signing process.

  • Brand consistency. Recipients see your logo and colors across emails and signing pages.

  • Trust and professionalism. Branded emails and signing pages help recipients understand who the request is from and feel confident moving forward.

Use Cases

Client contract signing: Sales teams can send NDAs and service agreements with a branded experience from start to finish. When Themes are applied, every email and signing page shows the company logo and brand colors, so the process feels like part of the sales experience, not a separate third-party tool.

HR onboarding: New hires often receive offer letters, policy confirmations, and tax forms by email. Branded emails and signing pages help reinforce the company’s identity from day one and make the process feel legitimate and familiar.

Customer-facing agreements: For SaaS or fintech teams, branded emails and signing pages can make subscription agreements, terms updates, and other customer-facing documents feel more recognizable and trustworthy. This can help reduce drop-off and prevent support questions like “Is this email real?”
