Export all documents data

Export field data from any altaFlow workflow as a CSV file — get a full report by email for analysis, archiving, or comparing stages.

Extract data from documents and fields within a specific altaFlow workflow using the Export fields data option. This is useful for comprehensive data analysis, generating reports, comparing data across different stages, archiving data, and capturing metadata.

Note: the option is available to Owners, Supervisors, and Admin-level accounts.

Export fields data from a workflow

  1. Find the workflow you want to get a report for.

  1. Go to the More actions tab and select Export fields data.

  1. Choose the workflow version and specify the time period for your report.

  1. Select the documents and fields you want to export data from.

  1. Click Export data to start the process. You'll receive the report in CSV format by email.
