As part of your migration to the new product experience, you may notice some differences in feature names and workflow setup. While core functionality remains familiar, certain concepts have been renamed or expanded to better reflect how they work today.

This guide covers the key differences in naming, navigation, and workflow management to help you get up to speed quickly.

General

Where can I check my credit usage?

To check your current balance and usage history go to:

1.Manage workspace and account settings.

2.Open My workspace

3. Open Subscription.

To check the detailed usage of credits go to the Usage log.

Where is the log of all actions performed in the workspace?

Click Track workspace activity in the bottom-left menu.

  • Audit trail records all workspace, workflow, and document changes (creation, deletion, sending, permission updates, etc.).

  • Bots log tracks all bot-related actions separately.

How do I add new teammates to my workspace?

Go to Manage team to give access and set the permissions for teammates to your workspace.

Go to Manage contacts to add them to your address book as signers but do not give them access to view or edit the workspace.

What is Inbox?

This is a dedicated section where all documents sent specifically to you for completion.

Has the "Email to Salesforce" parsing logic changed with the rebranding?

Yes. While the structure of the email body remains largely the same, the domain name for document links has changed: https://link.airslate.com >>https://link.altaflow.com .

Workflow setup

How do I set up conditional documents?

This is now a two-step process to give you more control:

  1. In your document settings, enable the option Make conditional.

  2. Add the Show Conditional bot to your workflow and define the specific criteria for when that document should appear.

How do I assign fields to recipients?

Field assignment is integrated directly into the editor. You can assign fields to specific step while you are inside the PDF document editor or the HTML form creator.

How can I allow recipients to use annotation tools during a step?

If you need a participant to mark up or edit a document add the Enable editing bot to the specific workflow step.

How can I customize emails?

Branding: Go to Workspace settings to upload your company logo; this will appear on all emails.

Email texts: You can customize the text for specific emails at the step settings inside a workflow.

Reusability: For text you use often, go to the Email templates section in your workspace settings to create standard messages you can load into any workflow.

Where can I see the reason for a bot failure?

If an automation fails, the specific Document will be tagged with a Bot failed label. Click the tag to view the detailed error message. Additionally, you will also receive an automated email containing the reason for the failure.

How do I check the progress of a document?

To see who has signed and who is next:

  1. Locate the Document.

  2. Click the three-dot menu.

  3. Select Check status. This page allows you to view completed steps, see upcoming signers, reassign roles or send reminders.

What should I do if I delete a document which I need to restore?

Please contact the Support team to request restoration.
