Verified domains
Add verified domains to your workspace so that users with matching email domains can automatically join. For example, if you verify "yourcompany.com," anyone with a @yourcompany.com email address will be able to join your workspace without requiring a manual invitation.
Email notifications to teammates
Send an email to teammates when their Workspace access is activated or blocked. This keeps your team informed about changes to their access status without requiring manual communication.

Workflow and template
Create workflows by default. When enabled, every new document package is automatically set up as a workflow, allowing you to reuse it as a template for future use.
Recipient settings
Recipient registration
Allow recipients to create an altaFlow account once they have completed a document. When enabled, after finishing a document, recipients will be prompted to register an altaFlow account instead of seeing a regular login window.
Fill out multiple documents at once
Allow recipients to open the next document package directly from the Thank You page. If a recipient has multiple pending documents assigned to their email address, the system will automatically offer to complete them in a single session, streamlining the signing process.
Auto-fill signatures and initials
Allow recipients to auto-fill all signature and initial fields with one click. This saves time for recipients who need to sign or initial in multiple places throughout a document.
eSignature consent
Ask recipients for their consent to use legally-binding electronic signatures when filling out the documents. Once enabled, before a signer begins to fill out your document, they must "consent to use electronic records and signatures," which validates the legality of the contract. All actions taken by recipients are recorded in a detailed log that includes signatures, modifications, IP addresses, geolocations, and email addresses.
Certificate of completion
Attach a certificate of completion when exporting completed documents. The certificate contains details about the document signer(s), including timestamps and signing events, providing a complete audit trail for each document.
Pre-fill from API
Add a bot that pre-fills sent documents with API data. When enabled, you can automatically populate document fields with data from external systems via the API, reducing manual data entry for your recipients.
