How altaFlow pricing works

See how altaFlow pricing works — plan features and annual document volume are billed separately, with lower per-document costs at higher tiers.

This article covers plans billed by documents. If your Subscription page shows Credits, check articles in this category.

altaFlow pricing consists of two separately priced parts: your plan and your annual document volume.

Plan — Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise — determines which features are available in your workspace, including bots, document generation, CRM workflows, and more. Each plan has its own price, and documents are purchased separately.

Document volume determines how many times you can run processes during the year, whether you use them to collect form data, generate documents, or send documents for signature. Annual volume starts at 4,000 documents and is sold in packages. The price per document decreases at higher volumes. Your Account Manager can help you choose the right package.

Feature access and document volume are independent. A workspace on Standard with 20,000 documents runs far more than a workspace on Enterprise with 4,000. You don't need to move to a higher plan to purchase more documents, and moving to a higher plan doesn't increase your document volume.

Automation doesn't affect usage or pricing. Bots, autostarts, and integrations aren't billed per action and don't count toward your document volume, no matter how many times they run. Availability depends on your plan.
