Share feedback or report an issue

The Assistant is in beta. If something doesn't work as expected, or if you have suggestions for what you'd like it to be able to do, we want to hear about it.

Report a bug

If the Assistant returns an incorrect answer, fails to respond, or behaves unexpectedly, send a report to [email protected].

To help us investigate quickly, include the following in your message:

  • The question you asked

  • What the Assistant returned

  • What you expected it to return instead

  • The date and approximate time of the request

Share feedback or a feature request

If you'd like the Assistant to support a scenario it currently doesn't handle, or if you have suggestions for improving how it works, send them to [email protected] with the subject line "Assistant feedback."

We read all feedback and use it to prioritize what to build next.

Known limitations

Before reporting an issue, it's worth checking whether what you experienced is a known limitation rather than a bug. The Assistant currently cannot:

  • Access the contents of files (PDFs, forms, field values)

  • Answer questions about workflow configuration or routing logic

  • Retrieve data from other workspaces

  • Return workflow version history

  • Answer more than 10 questions per day
